Blog Post #16 - Storyboard for Project - 2/9/2022

 

So this was basically our Storyboard for our Film Opening Project. It's a lot of drawing and writing, but we've explained both visually and verbally on how this will go down. For starters, we're starting with a low angle shot from the outside of the car with the passengers entering as they're talking, along with Natural Lighting. We then get to an Arc Camera Movement which is Anti-Clockwise which begins from the drivers do going toward the back of the car and then to the windshield on the front with the credits showing up with the names.

We then get to a static shot showing the front mirror with the passengers talking with the radio in the car getting turned on and off again, as the Lighting gets darker and car as the car reaches the overpass. The Audio then fades from all of the passengers in the car to just the driver. The Lighting then gets dark with no passengers visible in the back and only the driver being visible as we then get to an invisible cut to the next scene.

Camera is then grabbed by person in Passenger seat giving a new perspective. The Scene then focuses on the driver who turns around to see the backseat. It then pans to the back to show no passengers in the back as well. We then once again pan to the driver who is panicked As the lighting starts dark but then natural light comes in after the car leaves the overpass and then the driver turns around with the camera panning back and fourth to a normal cut.

Then, a static shot from afar as the driver pulls over, gets out from the car and has a panic attack. With the whole car being visible in the frame and natural lighting. With the ending, the camera tips up to the sky and the title fades in on the top of sky.
